The Opticron hide clamp is ideal for situations where tripods are just too big.
Released in May 2016, this is an updated version of the clamp that has been popular for years. The jaws of the clamp open to 45mm (approximately 1.8"), enabling it to be clamped to a wide variety of surfaces. The jaws also have rubber pads to help protect the surface being clamped to. The BC-2 Clamp kit is ideal for binoculars, spotting scopes and photographic equipment. The 3-way head is smooth and easy to operate, with a quick release plate.
