The Cobra Optics Merlin EX NVG night vision monocular has a generation 1 tube in a lightweight part partially rubber armoured bodyshell.
With 1.0x magnification as standard it is ideal for applications where the user has to move or control something. This is a stand alone unit, and can not be attached to a rifle sight. There are a number of manufacturers providing image intensifing rifle sights, including Cobra, Bushnell etc, however, we do not sell any rifle sights and as such know nothing about these products. Sorry we could not have been of more help, but it is just not our field of expertise. |

We have no experience attaching these products to rifle sights, we have only sold them to people looking through them for fairly close range applications. The manufacturers website suggests a more powerful lamp even for the generation 2 model and lists some suitable illuminators. Sorry we can not be of much help, this is beyond our field of expertise. |
